... moved to Chichester to attend university. I still work part-time in Dublin and use all my spare time and holidays traveling off the beaten track in far away places. I work from home doing a diverse collection of media/PR related activities. (sorry no other way to put that!) rarely see an office these days, which makes me feel very lucky.

... first thing to say is that although I spend a fair amount of time doing many sports don't let that put you off. I play the following, some to a better standard than others ! Squash, badminton, tennis, cycling, ski-ing, the gym, golf and even tablë tennis. As if that's not enough physical action I've even joined a local dance class -not a pretty sight just yet !
