One of my coach friends challenged me to this activity. She asked me to create a list of words the tell who I am, the good and the bad, and allows me to see what makes me, me.

This list makes you reflect on who you are and how you describe yourself. It also allows you to see the words you don�t use that maybe you want to add in your description of you by developing these areas in your life.

... person who loves life and lives it to the full. I work really hard and im an independent woman who has just had a reality check and thinks its time to find love.

... earth sort of guy , bit shy when I first meet someone but ok after a while . I like to socialize with friends in a nice pub , no clubs anymore lol . I like to watch a good film or even read a good book . I play golf every now and again and also have a season ticket at Everton FC.
