I'm not a typical 56 year old, in spirit or looks. I have a bubbly personality and still class myself as an optimist, despite many knocks in life. Education-wise I studied at college after doing A-levels, have lived in several different coun ties but was brought up in Cheshire. I've had interesting jobs including working for the Halle Orchestra and the BBC in Manchester. I now work for a successful animal welfare organisation.
