I travel around the UK frequently and can generally be found seeking a fix of adrenaline, usually mountain biking and body boarding fit the bill. Really looking forward to trying snow boarding soon but I also enjoy a good ramble too. I attend the gym several times a week and also partake in the various classes available there. The great outdoors is whëre I'm happiest, especially the highlands and the lakes. Abroad, Thailand, Italy, Canada and Australia are among my favourites. My calendar is always busy but spontaneity is all good.

Music and laughter are as essential to me as keeping fit. Especially Kings of Leon, Jack Johnson and right now Plan B, amongst way too much to mention. My music collection is massive and I have seen more live music than I can remember. On the laughter front I appreciate stand up and satire. Milton Jones, Al Murray, Have I Got News for You and Buzzcocks. That kind of thing.

I love my food, Indian, Thai and Italian really does it for me. I always have some form of literature on the go, from Steinbeck and Dickens to Irvine Welsh and Christopher Brookmyre.
