enjoy a morning trip to gym for workout then a swim, sauna etc. have done some volunteering locally mentoring youg lads with problems . enjoy my evening glass of wine with a simple meal. Am just looking at travelling again and would like to find a travelling companion. belong to a local group that hosts foreign visitors and have just had a chinese student staying with me for four days. the group consists of young people and the young company keeps me on my toes. like to think i am open minded, avoid negative thinking. most sundays have a walk in coun tryside , belong as a student to an adult education centre - discussion group and soon local history and general studies. so in a nutshell try to keep fit, keep the brain ticking over, like travel , giving something back for good times i have had in past. Anyone like to share that - just met up for a drink and chat first - probably in bedford - need to know a bit abour person i am meeting in return.<br>have just got back from travelling alone in southern california - not looking forward to winter in uk.
