Ok a brief summary.......I have recently moved back to the UK after living 7 years in Spain, so right now I am still finding my feet. About me: Well I can be a contradiction…. on times serious, others times seriously funny, depends on the company I suppose. I´m a caring, dependable friend who´s always there to help and encourage. I am generally strong emotionally and an optimist who tries to look at the worst case scenario with a positive outlook. I am straight talking but diplomatic with it and a firm believer in open communication. I believe everyone has the right to air their opinion as long as they can accept that they aren´t always correct. I am an open book, wear my heart on my sleeve and a rubbish liar who can´t keep secrets, my eyes always give the game away.<br>I have a fun loving nature and in the right company my bubbly side flourishes. I´m not materialistic so don´t sit there craving a plasma TV or designer threads, after all we can´t take it with us, so I´m sorry boys your sportscar won´t really get me going......although I´d never say no to a spin in it. I just crave adventure and new experiences. I suppose making memories which will be thrilling to recall to my grandchildren one day. Need to start work on my 101 things to do before I die list, haven´t even written it yet!!<br>I make friends easily but can be quiet at first. I have a broad cross section of friends that I would like to share with someone. I believe we are all equal hence respect people from all walks of life, therefore I particularly dislike generalisations, judgmental and snobby attitudes. So ideally I would like to meet someone who is comfortablë with anyone from my Gran to my eccentric cousin. I am very encouraging to the people around me and chose to be around people that bring out the best of my qualities and are happy for me to have my shining moments, as I would be for them. I chose not to be with critical people that have a harsh sarcästic sense of humour, I just don´t get it. I am a very creative person who likes to paint contemporary art, dream up new projects around the house and garden. I am interested in landscape design and interior design and particularly enjoy spending time with similar souls. Whilst in Spain I had the opportunity to design 5 contemporary bathrooms and landscape the garden on a 3.4 million euro villa.....what a buzz! Anyway digressing somewhat........back to it, So in a man I am ideally looking for a soulmate that is happy to be in my company and enjoy the simple things in life, be it a night in with a home cooked meal, and DVD, picnics, BBQ´s, dinner parties with friends, or someone who is happy to dress up and paint the town red. I am a coun try girl at heart, and in particularly love dogs and horses, (not a great cat lover, but don´t dislike them as such just prefer dogs). I love the great outdoors and am happy being active instead of vegging out, although there is a time when I love chilling out of course. I have a 4 year old son who I adore and he is my priority in life so a man who is patient, active and caring around children will obviously win my heart. I have been a single mother for the past 2 years and gained great strength from being alone. However deep down like most of us, I am looking for the right person to spend the rest of my life with (the ultimate “happy ever after” living, laughing and loving etc etc), and it doesn’t matter whëre that man is as I believe that true love is worth travelling for, the most important thing to me is that in order to be happy I need a person who can show me unconditional love, loyalty, respect and understanding. <br>If my special someone is out there I really look forward to hearing from you. I´ll make a wish..........<br>
