Body language signs that he’s into you
Let’s be honest, men aren’t always the first in line to talk about their feelings. But the good news is, you don’t have to wait until he’s ready to open up and talk about his feelings before you know exactly what he’s thinking.
Because unless he’s some alien from outer space, he’ll be giving off body language signals that are unconscious and can tell you more than words.
Here are a few signs to look out for…
Are his pupils large? Unless you’re in a super dark place, large pupils will be a sign that he’s in to you. When your brain is attracted to something then dilation of the pupils occurs.
Does he raise his eyebrows? Eyebrow raising is something the subconscious does when they like what they see. If you see him raise his eyebrows – even slightly – whilst you’re talking to him when you know he’s interested in what you have to say.
Does he take a deep breath when he sees you? YES, we know, men need air too but if he takes a deep breath when he sees you when he’s actually trying to make himself more desirable to you. When he breathes in deeply, his upper body will look broader and his waist smaller so he’s definitely trying to attract you.
Does he lean in when you talk? If you’re in the middle of a nightclub then this doesn’t really count but if you’re having a quiet, romantic meal and he leans in then his body is definitely saying he’s interested in what you have to say.
Does he man spread? We don’t like man spreading on the tube but when it comes to relationships this is a good sign. If sits with his legs spread then it means he’s comfortable with you and he’s ready to get to know you both literally and emotionally.
His toes point towards you. The feet are of course one of the main areas involved in the fight or flight response. So if his feet point towards you then it’s a good indication his heart wants to go with you. If he points then away, then its an indicator he’s no longer interested.
His hand holding skills. When he holds your hand, if he presses his palm firmly against yours then it’s a signal that he’s willing to connect – the same goes with interlocking fingers. If he’s just lightly holding your hand or has an arched palm then he could be holding something back.
