New Year Date Ideas
As New Year fast approaches then you maybe wracking your brains to try and think of a good place to take your date whilst you ring in 2015.
Go on holiday: So it maybe a little late in the day to get a bargain but nothing beats getting away for a couple of days. Whether you head off for partying or some well deserved couple time escaping the New Year madness is a great idea.
Get the family together: So you maybe thinking this would be a bit of an odd one if you’re in a new relationship but getting your families together is not only a great ice breaker but the bigger the clan, the bigger the party.
Indulge in some quiet time: Who says you’ve got to go out partying to have a good time? Do yourself a favour and turn off your iPhone, shun the parties and have a great evening by staying home for a quiet and romantic dinner; if you turn anything on, make it some mellow, classical music. The holidays are a It’s a great day to sit back and take it easy anyway, so, relax and enjoy each other’s company.
Invite your friends over:Don’t want to see the new year in just the two of you? But don’t feel like partying either? Invite each of your close friends for a get together and blend the two circles. Wine, snacks and good music and who couldn’t enjoy that?
Make it a time of reflection: Grab a bottle of wine and a take away and spend some time reflecting on the past year. It’s the perfect time to share your ups and downs, exchange resolutions with one another and try to help each other persevere in the year ahead.
Get your party shoes on: If you love to go out and party then get your glad rags on and head to your favourite bars. Just make sure that you are with your date when the clock strikes midnight for that New Years kiss.
Don’t forget how you bring the New Year in sets the tone for the rest of the year ahead, make sure you do something that you love and spend it with someone special.
