5 reasons to date a runner
With the Commonwealth games just around the corner it’s got us thinking about what athletes we love the most. For us, it has to be runners. And we’ve got some great reasons why its a good idea to date a runner.
1. They’re super self motivated.
Who wants to just sit around the sofa on a weekend? Runners are the get up and go types. They’re also handy to have around the house because that motivation means that they can force themselves in to doing jobs they don’t really feel like – great when you want your bathroom painting.
2.They’ll be good for your health.
If you see your partner up and running then you’re going to want to get in on the action too. Taking up running with your partner could be the thing that helps you get into shape too.
3. They are fit.
If you’re dating a runner then you know that they are at the peak of their physical fitness which means that they are likely to have a smoking hot body.
4. Runners are positive.
Runners are positive people, they have to have a degree of positivity to help push them through their barriers and complete their runs. Everyone needs a bit of positivity in their lives so at least you know you’re going to be feeling happy the majority of your day.
5. You can have a date in your trainers.
There are times when you’re not going to feel like getting all dressed up which is great because when you’re dating a runner you’re more likely to feel at home in a pair of trainers than stilettos.
So if you want to date someone motivated, physically fit, absolutely gorgeous and well, let’s be honest, great in bed (hello, stamina) then a runner should be your first choice!
