10 Signs You’re Dating A Keeper

So he’s smart, funny, sexy – does that mean that you’ve finally found the one and that you’re dating a keeper?

Here are 10 signs that you’ve finally found the right guy…

They’re willing to give up the last slice of pizza.  Men don’t really like to share food. It’s in their DNA. So if your man is willing to give up the last slice of pizza then you know that you’re on to a winner.

You feel totally comfortable around them. Jogging bottoms, no make up, weird sense of humour – you know the drill. If you’re completely comfortable to be around them when you’re being 100% yourself then you couldn’t ask for anything better. Who wants to be in a relationship where you have to keep up pretences?

You can be totally honest without it causing a row. If you can communicate with each other and be 100% honest without feeling awkward or it causing a row then you’re a definite match.

They believe in you. Everyone needs someone who can fight their corner. And if your man is your number one fan then you can’t go wrong.

They surprise you. We don’t mean jumping out from behind the sofa when you come in from work (that would be weird) but they surprise you with flowers, chocolates, nice wine just because they wanted to bring you something.

You never have to question their feelings. You can be told that someone likes or loves you every day but you need to FEEL it. If you have to question how they feel then move it along.

Sex isn’t a chore – it’s a pleasure. Relationships are complicated and when other things get in the way sex is usually the first thing to suffer. But if you’re still getting it on because you want too and not because you think it’s something you *should* be doing then that’s a great sign.

Your family and friends like them. Your family and friends don’t have to love him as much as you do but they do need to be able to like and tolerate him.

You can both do your own thing without feeling jealous. Doing your own thing in a relationship is absolutely essential! If you don’t feel as though you can go out with your mates or just have some space without feelings of insecurity or jealously, then it’s time to get out.

You both have generally similar visions of the future, and what you want out of life. You don’t have to have the exact same life plan but if you want to get married, have children and then spend a year travelling America, it’s usually a good idea to have someone who feels the same.
